About Pediatric Sleep Institute

 Once we arrived, the staff was very informative and extremely polite. This was a first class experience all the way. It was certainly a nice break away from the hospital.

 From making the appointment to the morning after the sleep study, everyone was kind, helpful and considerate. After the "tour" online, my son was very excited about coming. He wasn't disappointed.

I'm in the health profession so I'm very aware of the little things staff can do to make a hospital setting more pleasant. Please continue to have compassion and patience.

 We went to your facility to have our 2 year old son get an EEG. That morning we had gotten lost... not only were we frightened and stressed, but now we were extremely irritable. We did not know what to expect, but only that we were heading into a situation that our baby would be crying and uncomfortable. Let me tell you that as soon as we walked in, not only was the atmosphere welcoming, but your stuff was amazing. The facility was extremely thought out and definitely catered to children. I and my other children had a relaxing 2 hours in the waiting room. They had snacks, cartoons, drinks, and the atmosphere was very comfortable and kid friendly. My husband was extremely impressed with the rooms. Everything, from decorations to equipment was all kid welcoming. A very frightening appointment was turned into a very pleasant and comfortable situation. Everything went very smooth, the staff was extremely professional and nice. We did not feel like patients, but we were treated like family. I would give the facility 5 stars... I will recommend the Pediatric Sleep Institute to every one. Thank you for everything.
